Trevor Campion
Chief Executive Officer
Trevor Campion joined Inventus as CEO in September 2009. He has 12 years of executive management experience in the legal services sector and has led some of the major providers in the industry. Prior to joining Inventus, Trevor served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Encore Discovery Solutions, Vice President of Digital Solutions at Williams Lea and Senior Vice President of Uniscribe. He had full P&L responsibility with each engagement including sales, operations and finance. His proven track record of delivering outstanding client solutions and enhanced shareholder value is outstanding. His direct experience includes managing such diverse service lines as e-disovery, forensic collections, web hosting, review solutions, software development, offshoring, trial solutions, litigation readiness consulting and litigation support facilities management. Trevor also spent 5 years in General Management with Sherwin Williams, 3 years with IKON in a senior business development role and has an extensive background in the financial markets.
Roderick Roberson, Esq.
Managing Director & General CounselRod Roberson is the Managing Director & General Counsel of Inventus. He has served as General Counsel of the organization since August 2003 and as Managing Director since January 2008. In his capacity as GC, he has managed all legal matters and issues for Inventus and the ImageNet America Alliance including litigation management, labor & employment, corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Throughout his tenure with the company, Rod has also served on the executive management team responsible for sales, operations, and finance for both Inventus and other companies within the Alliance. Prior to joining the company, Rod was an associate in the litigation section of Winstead Sechrest & Minick. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and graduated from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2002.
Patrick Zeller, Esq.
Chief Strategy Officer
Patrick Zeller is the most recent addition to the Executive team at Inventus serving as the Chief Strategy Officer. He has an extensive background in the legal industry dating back 15 years and is an expert on data retention, forensic collections and data processing. Most recently Patrick was the Vice President of e-Discovery and Deputy General Counsel at Guidance Software where he spent six years consulting clients on all issues related to the discovery process. Prior to that, Patrick was a practicing attorney with Seyfarth Shaw and co-founder of their National e-Discovery practice group. He has spoken at many industry conferences and is well published in many trade publications. Patrick is also currently a member of the Sedona Conference and teaches an e-Discovery class at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
Jennifer Polzer
Director of Discovery SolutionsJennifer joined Inventus in October 2009 to lead the document review solutions team. She has over 12 years of experience in the legal industry and has worked for both service providers and law firms. Prior to joining Inventus Jennifer held senior, client -solution positions with Winston & Strawn, Huron Consulting, Encore Discovery Solutions and Applied Discovery. Jennifer is an expert on electronic discovery management with a focus on assisting case teams and clients in developing optimal document review strategies. Specifically, she has assisted clients through the lifecycle of the EDRM model including mapping data collections and preservation strategies, building ESI processing workflow and selecting and implementing online review tools with a focus on enhanced speed and accuracy. She has participated extensively in industry think tanks and conferences including the Sedona Conference, the Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute and Applied Discovery Best Practices for Complex Legal Matters. She currently is a working participant in TREC focused on evaluating search tools and retrieval methods in ediscovery.
Stacey Overton
Chief Financial Officer Stacey is the Chief Financial Officer of Inventus. In his capacity as CFO, he oversees the controller, treasury, tax, internal audit and risk management areas. He has served as CFO of the organization since April 2006. Prior to joining the team, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores based in Oklahoma City, Ok for 17 years. Prior to his carreer at Braum’s, Stacey spent 5 years in public accounting working for Ernst & Young as a Tax Manager. Stacey is a certified public accountant and received his BA degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa where he graduated with high honors.
Shannon Roberson
Chairman of the Board Shannon Roberson is the current Chairman of the Inventus Board of Directors. As the company’s founder, Shannon is the company’s longest tenured stakeholder and served as the company’s President & CEO for most of the its history before recently handing over day-to-day operational management. In his capacity as Board Chairman, Shannon continues to maintain an active leadership role in managing the company’s assets, participating in high-level strategic decision-making, as well as, managing the relationship between the executive management team and the board of directors.
Tom Russell
Board DirectorTom Russell is the President & CEO of the ImageNet America Alliance and a senior board director for Inventus. Tom was one of the original founders of BMI+ImageNet, an Inventus sister company and has spent the last 30 years serving in a leadership position for all of the companies affiliated with Inventus and BMI+ImageNet, expanding the group to currently over 400 employees and $85 million in annual revenues.
