Trevor Campion
Chief Executive OfficerTrevor Campion joined Inventus as CEO in September of 2009. He has 10 years of general management experience in the legal services sector and has led some of the major providers in the industry. Prior to joining Inventus, Trevor served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of C2 Legal, Encore Discovery Solutions (Top 10 provider of E-Discovery 2008 Socha-Gelbman survey) and Vice President of Digital Solutions at Williams Lea. He had full responsibility for all sales, operations and finance in each career engagement and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding client solutions and enhanced shareholder value. His experience includes managing such diverse service lines as e-disovery, forensic collections, web hosting, review solutions, software development, offshoring, trial solutions, litigation readiness consulting and litigation support facilities management. Trevor also spent 5 years in General Management with Sherwin Williams, 3 years with IKON in a senior business development role.
Rod Roberson
Managing Director & General CounselRod Roberson is the Managing Director & General Counsel of Inventus. He has served as General Counsel of the organization since August of 2003 and as Managing Director since January 2008. In his capacity as GC, he has managed all legal matters and issues for Inventus and the ImageNet America Alliance including litigation management, labor & employment, corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Throughout his tenure with the company, Rod has also served on the executive management team responsible for sales, operations, and finance for both Inventus and other companies within the Alliance. Prior to joining the company, Rod was an associate in the litigation section of Winstead Sechrest & Minick. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and graduated from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2002.
Jennifer Polzer
Director of Discovery SolutionsJennifer joined Inventus in October of 2009 to lead our document review solutions team. She has over 12 years of experience in the legal industry and has worked for both service providers and law firms. Prior to joining Inventus Jennifer held senior, client -solution positions with Winston & Strawn, Huron Consulting, Encore Discovery Solutions and Applied Discovery. Jennifer is an expert on electronic discovery management with a focus on assisting case teams and clients in developing optimal document review strategies. Specifically, she has assisted clients through the lifecycle of the EDRM model including mapping data collections and preservation strategies, building ESI processing workflow and selecting and implementing online review tools with a focus on enhanced speed and accuracy. She has participated extensively in industry think tanks and conferences including the Sedona Conference, the Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute and Applied Discovery Best Practices for Complex Legal Matters. She currently is a working participant in TREC focused on evaluating search tools and retrieval methods in ediscovery.
John McMicken
Senior Vice President of Business DevelopmentJohn McMicken joined Inventus in August of 1995 and has held a variety of positions with us since then. John joined as Director of Operations and held that position until relocating to Ohio in 1997 to serve as Managing Partner and to lead the start up of the Cleveland office. After assisting with several successful startups in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, New York, and Washington, DC, John was named President of Inventus in January 2003. Most recently John has been named SVP of Business Development and is focused on leading our growth efforts for technology sales to corporations and law firms. John has over fifteen years experience in the litigation support industry and is a respected presenter at CLE and technology conferences. John holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Nate Latessa
VP of TechnologyNate Latessa joined Inventus in November of 2002 as General Manager of the electronic discovery division. In November 2007, Nate was named Vice President of Technology. In this capacity, he is responsible for technology development, production management, technical sales support, client solution engineering and IT infrastructure. Nate has led the development and implementation of our most comprehensive technology solutions for our largest customers including onsite enterprise software solutions and offsite IT storage solutions. He has assisted many of our clients in developing litigation response protocols focused on increasing efficiency and reliability while significantly reducing cost. Nate works extensively with Clearwell, Concordance FYI and Relativity.
Nate has over fourteen years experience in software & hardware support and management; and over seven years experience in litigation support.
