Paul has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and technical experience within both the legal and corporate markets. He has established, built, and divested four successful companies, including UNIFIED, which was acquired by Inventus in 2015. Further, he advises corporate and legal services clients about eDiscovery and litigation support processes. His broad knowledge base has been acquired through the provisioning of legal process and discovery outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and information technology services on a global basis. A certified eDiscovery management specialist, Mr. Mankoo is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law and The International Association of Privacy Professionals. He holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and Information Technology.

Noel commenced his 20 year tenure within the legal technology market as a founding member of the legal services team with Xerox Business Services. Noel has developed an extensive global network of clients, contacts and technology partners and has received industry-wide recognition for his in-depth technical knowledge as well as his unrivaled project experience. Responsible for two start-up ventures, IGL in 1997 and DIS in 2003, Noel acted at leadership level in these businesses throughout the acquisition and merger process. Noel instigated the merger of DIS with another UK provider and then contributed to its growth culminating in a $19m annual turnover with a global presence across three continents. He has extensively developed software, both personally and with leading teams of software professionals, including the creation of a suite of eDiscovery software applications that attracted a global client base in the legal sector.
Senior Vice President, US Operations
Melanie joined Inventus in 2015 with over 15 years of experience in the eDiscovery management industry. Prior to Inventus, Melanie served as Director of Hosting at Huron Consulting Group, growing and scaling the global hosting teams by 30% in the US, UK, and India. She increased efficiency and productivity across all three teams by developing standard processes and best practices around data hosting activities. Additionally, she provided consultation regarding complex data migration projects, multi-party matters and non-standard data processing and review workflows to ensure successful project execution. Before Huron Consulting Group, Melanie worked as Vice President of Professional Services at Catalyst Repository Systems, where she built and lead highly effective client service teams including the Project Management, Consulting and User Support teams. Melanie has an extensive background in creating high-performing, client-focused teams which drive quality client experiences. Melanie also held positions at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun and Winston & Strawn LLP. She earned her MIS at DePaul University and BA at the University of Wisconsin.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
As the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Inventus, Kip currently oversees Business Development and Transactional Operations for the US Market. He has over 20 years of experience serving in various Senior Executive roles in the legal technologies market. Kip has extensive experience in leading teams in business strategy, revenue growth and operational excellence. Prior to Inventus, Kip co-founded and built TERIS, overseeing growth to over $25M in annual revenue. He then initiated and lead a successful acquisition and subsequent integration of TERIS by Inventus in 2013.
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Consulting
Adam is an accomplished and passionate executive with 15 years of experience in the legal technology industry. He has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, including business development, IT, marketing, and professional services. Adam is Head of Strategy and oversees the Consulting organization for Inventus’ US market. He joined Inventus as part of TERIS, after leading their eDiscovery Services division. Adam earned his Masters from Georgetown University and B.A. from George Washington University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Johan has over 17 years of experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Prior to Inventus, he led the creation and management of an eDiscovery unit at Herbert Smith Freehills, and worked for 12 years at Clifford Chance where he gained extensive knowledge and management experience in eDiscovery software and strategic planning of review projects.
