Trevor Campion joined Inventus as CEO in 2009. He has 17 years of executive management experience in the legal services sector and has led some of the most recognized companies in the industry. Prior to joining Inventus, Trevor served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Encore Discovery Solutions, Vice President of Digital Solutions at Williams Lea and Senior Vice President of Uniscribe. Trevor has an unmatched track record in creating shareholder value through restructures, reorganizations, acquisitions and integration. He has been an active investor and acquirer in the discovery management space and has led some of the most remarkable restructures, turnarounds and integrations in the industry. Trevor is an active member of the entrepreneurial community in Chicago and an investor and mentor for early stage businesses.

Paul has over 18 years of entrepreneurial and technical experience within both the legal and corporate markets. He has established, built and divested three successful companies in these areas and advises corporate and legal services clients in regard to eDiscovery and litigation support processes. His broad knowledge base has been acquired through the provisioning of Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Services on a global basis. A certified eDiscovery specialist (CEDS), Paul is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law (SCL) and The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He has substantial experience in overseeing and managing high-data volume, high value, cross-border regulatory investigations and litigation working primarily with General Counsel and external counsel as well as compliance teams in defining the optimum strategic approach for each case. Paul holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and Information Technology.
Josh joined Inventus as Head of Sales in February of 2015. An attorney by background, Josh was the general manager of the LAW PreDiscovery business at LexisNexis. He has 20 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing, and general management across the legal and professional services industries. Before joining LexisNexis, Josh was an executive in the finance practice at CEB, where he oversaw relationships with CFOs of Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of mergers & acquisitions for American Home Mortgage, as well as in-house counsel at J.P. Morgan Chase and Auto Club Insurance. Josh earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, J.D. from Ohio State University and B.A. from Pomona College in Claremont, California.

Noel commenced his 20 year tenure within the legal technology market as a founding member of the legal services team with Xerox Business Services. Noel has developed an extensive global network of clients, contacts and technology partners and has received industry-wide recognition for his in-depth technical knowledge as well as his unrivaled project experience.
Responsible for two start-up ventures, IGL in 1997 and DIS in 2003, Noel acted at leadership level in these businesses throughout the acquisition and merger process. Noel instigated the merger of DIS with another UK provider and then contributed to its growth culminating in a $19m annual turnover with a global presence across three continents. He has extensively developed software, both personally and with leading teams of software professionals, including the creation of a suite of e-discovery applications that attracted a global client base in the legal sector.
Senior Vice President of Discovery Solutions
Melanie joined Inventus in April of 2015 with 15 years of experience in the e-discovery industry. Prior to Inventus, Melanie served as Director of Hosting at Huron Consulting Group, growing and scaling the global hosting teams by 30% in the US, UK, and India. She increased efficiency and productivity across all three teams by developing standard processes and best practices around data hosting activities. Additionally, she provided consultation regarding complex data migration projects, multi-party matters and non-standard data processing and review workflows to ensure successful project execution. Before Huron Consulting Group, Melanie worked as Vice President of Client Services at Catalyst Repository Systems, where she built and lead highly effective client service teams. Melanie has an extensive background in leading project management teams and also held positions at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun and Winston & Strawn LLP. She earned her MIS at DePaul University and BA at the University of Wisconsin.
